MagSafe is Apple's new magnetic system, introduced with the iPhone 12 series, designed for easy magnetic docking and faster wireless charging. Magnets in both the charger and the iPhone make connecting as easy as a single click and let you continue using your smartphone without any restrictions. This means our charger is also compatible with all official MagSafe® products, such as the official MagSafe Cases. Of course, you can also wirelessly charge all other Qi-enabled iPhones, though without the magnetic feature.

Yes, we designed the MagPad specifically for use with MagSafe, so it’s perfectly optimized for the new Apple iPhone technology. This means our charger is also compatible with all official MagSafe® cases (and even third-party cases that use magnets), so you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of MagSafe!

Simply place your Apple iPhone—with the Apple logo facing up—on the wireless charger and wait until you feel a magnetic pull and the iPhone snaps into place. As soon as the MagSafe Charging logo appears on your screen, your iPhone will start charging wirelessly!

Our handmade wireless charger is compatible with all iPhones (iPhone 8 and later) and all other Qi-enabled wireless devices. All you have to do is place your smartphone in the center of the charging station, and you’re ready to charge wirelessly. However, the magnetic feature is currently only compatible with iPhone models starting with the iPhone 12, as these feature the new Apple MagSafe® magnetic technology!

Of course! You can also charge your AirPods (2nd generation) and AirPods Pro quickly and easily with our sustainable Apple MagSafe® alternative!

Both the MagSafe charger itself and the case of your iPhone 12, iPhone 13, or iPhone 14 contain two built-in magnetic rings that are precisely tailored to your iPhone’s technology, ensuring the necessary magnetic hold between the charger and your iPhone. This prevents your MagSafe® charger from slipping away and interrupting the charging process. In addition, there are two magnetic strips located beneath the ring inside your iPhone that ensure the vertical alignment and secure hold of the MagSafe® accessory you’re using. This magnetic technology is only included in the iPhone 12, 13, and 14 models, but it does not affect the wireless charging function, which continues to work via the Qi standard. So while MagSafe® magnetic docking is only available for iPhone 12, 13, or 14 models, you can still enjoy full charging power with all other models!

Our MagSafe charger can charge smartphones with Cases up to 3 mm thick. As long as the back of the Case doesn't exceed that thickness and your case isn't made of metal, you don't need to remove your phone from the Case . Please also make sure that no magnetic objects, metal rings, or other interfering items—such as credit cards—are between your smartphone and the wireless charger!

Please also note that the magnetic attachment feature only works with iPhone models starting with the iPhone 12 and is only compatible with thin Cases cases up to 1 mm thick or with Cases cases that have built-in magnets, such as the official Apple MagSafe®Cases cases. We can also recommend our Slim Case! Thanks to the 1mm-thin layer of wood, the full magnetic strength between your iPhone and your wireless charger is maintained, ensuring a secure hold.

Our innovative magnetic MagPad can achieve charging speeds of up to 10W. Please note that the actual inductive charging speed depends on many factors, such as the charging input (power supply, power adapter, etc.), device specifications, software, and temperature. The values listed in our test were determined using an Apple iPhone 12 at room temperature. In this test, the battery reached 100% charge in 130 minutes. Unlike many other wireless chargers, our MagPad does not experience a drop in performance but instead delivers a stable and consistent charging speed.

Please also note that the speed achieved depends on the technology built into your smartphone model:

• Apple iPhone 12 models reach a charging speed of 10W
• Older iPhone models, such as the iPhone 8, 11, and SE (2020), charge at 7.5W due to Apple's technology
• Most Samsung and Android smartphones, on the other hand, can charge at up to 10W

This durable charging cable is longer than standard cables—at 1.20 m, it offers even more flexibility! The high-quality USB-C connector ensures stable and fast wireless charging. Plus, we’re including a handy USB-A charging adapter so you can connect your MagPad to other power adapters or laptops as well.

The inductive charging station features "Foreign Object Detection" in accordance with the Qi standard. If no smartphone is placed on the charger, it automatically turns off and does not consume unnecessary power. This also ensures that the MagSafe Charger deactivates when other objects are placed on it. This foreign object detection is particularly important because, otherwise, the MagPad would continuously charge if non-chargeable, metallic objects were placed on it. Similar to an induction cooktop, this would result in constant heat generation. Please note that this is a safety feature and not a defect. If your iPhone or device isn’t recognized immediately, please wait a few seconds and then place it back on the charger. Your device will then be recognized right away, and you can resume charging.
