You have ordered from us, but you do not like the product or you have received a damaged item? No problem!

We make returns easier
We have moved away from paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal where you can use your order number and email to process your return & exchange online.

Don't like your product?

If you do not like your product, the buyer bears the costs for the return shipment. Why is this the case? Every sixth order in online retail is returned - with a significant impact on the climate. In our opinion, one reason for this is free returns, which have become commonplace in Germany. We therefore ask you to rethink.

Is your product defective?

If your product is defective, we will of course cover all shipping and return costs and send you a replacement product or refund your purchase amount.

Our return policy

You can return unused items to us within 14 days. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you have chosen. The processing and refund can take up to 7 days. For more information, please take a look at our withdrawal policy.

What you can not return

Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging. Of course it is okay to test an item as you would in a store, but please do not use items you are returning multiple times.

Returns from abroad

You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. We do not provide you with a return label for the return.
Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad are to be borne by you.
