Usage
The inductive charging station comes with a USB cable. Simply plug the USB-C connector into the Qi charging station and connect the other end of the cable to the wall outlet or power source using any standard USB adapter or plug it into a terminal device (laptop, MacBook, iMac, etc.). Place the smartphone on the charger and your phone can charge without a cable! Please note that your smartphone must be centered on the charging station. A wrong position can affect the charging process or not start. Technical requirement to use the inductive charging station is a power supply with at least 30W power.
The wooden cell phone charging station has three charging zones, which have a total charging power of 30W. On the left is a 15W fast charging field, in the middle you can charge your AirPods with 5W, for example, and on the right side is a charging zone with 10W power. Make sure that you place the devices correctly in the respective zone so as not to hinder the charging process.
The inductive charging station can be used with all devices that have an integrated wireless charging function. Whether iPhone, Android smartphone or Bluetooth headphones, the 3 in 1 charger works with all Qi-enabled devices.

Of course, you can also use stronger power adapters like 45W or 60W. In our test, we used our Multi Wireless Charger with our 30W Fast Charging power adapter and tested it with an iPhone 13 Pro. With these conditions, you can charge 50% of your smartphone battery in under 60-70 minutes. Of course, the charging time of your QI-enabled device also depends on other factors, such as battery status, temperature, and other external circumstances.

No. The signal strength of our Wireless Charger for iPhone, Samsung & co. can wirelessly charge smartphones with Cases up to 4mm thickness. As long as the back of Case does not exceed the thickness, and your case is not metal, the phone does not need to be removed from Case to enjoy the full charging power. Important: Please make sure that no magnetic discs, metal rings or other metallic objects interfere with the transmission!
The charging station features "Foreign Object Detection" according to the QI standard. When there is no smartphone on the charging station, it automatically turns off and does not consume unnecessary power. It also ensures that the QI Charger is deactivated when other objects are on it. This foreign object detection is especially important because the Multi Charger would otherwise charge constantly when non-chargeable, metallic objects are on it. Similar to an induction cooktop, heat would be produced permanently. Please note that this is a safety precaution and not a defect. If your smartphone is not recognized immediately, please wait a few seconds and then put it back on. After that, your smartphone will be recognized immediately and you can charge it again.
Material & Other
Since our products are made of real wood, of course not every product looks the same. The wood has a unique grain, making it one of a kind. Also the surface of your inductive charging station for Samsung & co. is covered with a vegan linen fabric made of hemp, which can differ minimally in its natural texture.
The USB-C charging cable is ideally 1.50m long and thus longer than common charging cables! The cable itself is covered with double-braided, tear-resistant fabric and thus particularly durable and stable. If the cable is too short for you, you can always replace it with a longer USB-C charging cable.
All products from our wood collection come from nature! We use real solid wood, which is mostly sourced from Germany, America and Europe. The unique pieces are handmade, thereby all woods come from sustainable forestry and are certified. The products of our Charging family are also CE, ROHS, FCC and REACH certified, following important technical and environmental standards.
We always pay attention to maximum sustainability in our production. All woods used are strictly controlled and come from sustainable forestry and the vegan hemp fabric used comes from Europe. In addition, we plant a tree for every product sold with the organization Trees for the Future (TFTF). All of our packaging is 100% recyclable and made from recycled waste paper!
It was important to us that the indicator light glows very discreetly and is equipped with a white, natural light that does not look too obtrusive. The LED light serves as a control, so you can always be sure that your device is charged wirelessly. It also looks super high-quality and reflects the clear, minimalist design language!
If the indicator light flashes, there are most likely problems with charging. In this case, it is best to check the correct position of your iPhone or Qi-enabled device. Make sure that your device is placed exactly in the center and that there are no metallic objects attached to your iPhone or in your Case . Please wait a few seconds and then place your smartphone in the center of the charging pad again. After that, your smartphone will be recognized immediately and you can charge it again.
In order to charge your Apple Watch inductively, it requires an original charging module from Apple, which is not included in our inductive charging station. Therefore, the MultiPad is only suitable for other QI-enabled devices, such as smartphones or AirPods. We are already working on further wireless chargers, which will then also be suitable for your Apple Watch.
